On Jun 14 and 15, 2019, the Management Board, the leaders of departments, the PCC1 Board and the Board of Directors of member units has undergone the “Train the Trainer” course within the series of training activities at PCC1.
“Train the Trainer” is equipped with combination of successful skills for leaders, which is considered a quality intensive training program that is researched and implemented by VMP training experts. Through two exciting, engaging, practical learning days and many lively practice exercises, the course has provided learners with 15 necessary standards to become a professional lecturer in the in-charge field as well as skills and techniques to ” stand on the podium” to train employees.
Training skill “practice makes perfect”
With the skills acquired from the course, combined with the existing extensive knowledge, leaders will become professional Trainer to impart knowledge, experience and inspiration to their colleagues and subordinates.
With an old training method but few people can do: put the learners in the central position and make the most of factors that increase learners’ receptive level from inside. The course received a lot of positive reviews from learners about the usefulness and high application that helped change the thinking about training.
“Train the Trainer” is one of the training courses that PCC1 has planned and will deploy regularly in the near future, in order to invest more in human resources – valuable asset that plays an important role in development process of PCC1.
