On March 15, 2019, the Partnership of Power Construction Joint Stock Company I and Dong Anh Steel Tower Manufacturing Co., Ltd officially signed the contract of package XL-04-XLHT for supplying pillars, installing pillars, porcelain, and performing Kien Binh – Phu Quoc 220 kV transmission line with total contract value of 152.8 billion VND.
The bid package belongs to 220kV Kien Binh – Phu Quoc power line Project of which Southern Power Corporation is investor. It is built to ensure power supply for Phu Quoc Island, and to provide sufficiently power source, create socio-economy change and strong development of in the islands, as well as contribute to the national security and defense for the southern sea of the country.
With extensive experience in implementing key projects, and ownership of machinery and equipment systems with modern technology, representatives of investors highly appreciate PCC1’s capacity in implementing important national power transmission projects and believe that PCC1 will fulfill the planned implementation plan of Southern Power Corporation.
