This morning, March 2, 2020, Power Construction Joint Stock Company No.1 organized activities to celebrate 57 years of establishment of the company. Attending the anniversary, there were Mr. Trinh Van Tuan- Chairman of the Board cum General Director and Deputy General Directors and all employees of the company.
Sharing joy with the company, the retirement club visited and sent flowers to congratulate. The retirement generation rejoices at the achievements of the company, from the core values to the fact that young generation has inherited achievements of previous generation to continue to dedicate and make PCC1 strong as it is today.

Chairman Trinh Van Tuan could not hide his emotion when recalling a past journey: “Over 57 years of construction and development, the Company has been raising a new position; along with that, we will face many challenges on the upcoming development path. I believe that the faith, determination and solidarity will be solid basics for us to overcome market difficulties, continue to expand market share, create momentum for strong and sustainable growth in the coming period”.
In 2019, PCC1 has achieved many breakthrough growths, in which two fields of power construction and industrial production still achieve impressive results, thereby confirm the prestige and brand of the company with domestic and foreign markets.

PCC1 undertook the construction of two positions 05-06 on the 500kV transmission line of Hau River - Duc Hoa, which is considered the highest in Southeast Asia up to now. The project has been completed, ensuring quality according to standards.
In the field of energy investment, PCC1 also demonstrates the ability of a professional and reputable investor with impressive results. Up to now, PCC1 has successfully operated 5 hydropower plants with the results of revenue and output exceeding design targets. The 6th and 7th hydropower plants to be completed and generated in the 3rd quarter of 2020 are Bao Lac B and Song Nhiem 4.
Along with Lien Lap Wind Power Plant Project (purchased in 2019), in February 2020 PCC1 continues to invest in two wind power projects which are Phong Huy and Phong Nguyen Wind Power Plants, increasing the total wind power generation capacity to 150 MW in 2021. In the second quarter of 2020, PCC1 is expected to start construction of these three wind power plants to realize the aspiration of "turning wind into electricity", bringing clean energy source corresponding to Vietnam's abundant potential.
PCC1 will also be the EPC general contractor for these wind power projects, with the strategy of becoming a general contractor for the implementation of wind and solar power plants in Vietnam.
On this occasion, the General Director also asked the departments to focus on controlling the tasks well, continue to improve the system administration capacity; improve the quality of human resources and apply governance and management software; research and invest in technological equipment, quickly and successfully deploy solutions to improve construction and installation capacity, steel column production capacity to meet the high growth targets of the two traditional business blocks; focus on controlling the progress and quality of real estate projects and energy investments.
