Accordingly, the cumulative output and revenue in 10 months of 2022 will reach 9,539 billion dong and 7,277 billion dong, respectively, the value of newly signed contracts in 10 months will reach 8,047 billion, equivalent to 100% of the year plan, equaling 195% of the year plan. with the same period. In which, the value of revenue in October is 1,282 billion VND, reaching 44% of the quarter plan.
Previously, the 9-month consolidated financial statement of 2022 recorded the group's revenue reaching VND 5,995 billion, equivalent to 54% of the year plan, profit after tax reaching VND 252 billion, equivalent to 38% of the year plan. In particular, in the third quarter alone, the growth targets reached the target plan with the revenue of the third quarter of 2022 recorded at VND 3,006 billion, of which the revenue from electricity sales reached VND 319 billion, an increase of VND 117 billion over the same period last year. advance, respectively 58%; industrial production revenue reached 226 billion dong, up 134 billion dong, equivalent to 146%.

Strategic business areas
In the context of general difficulties, some key business and production areas of PC1 still maintained good growth, especially EPC general contractor with a strong increase in 10-month implementation value, revenue reaching 113% and output reaching 128% of the year plan.
In the energy sector, production revenue at most hydropower plants has completed the annual plan, estimated to exceed 110% - 120% for the whole year. Revenue in the first 10 months of 2022 increased 240% over the same period due to 3 144 MW wind power plants generating commercial power from October 2021.
Along with that, in November, the Group completed the M&A transaction to own 70% of shares in Nomura Hai Phong Industrial Park Development Company in order to supplement the strategic value chain investment, gradually develop the Group ecosystem. group. At the same time, this is the model industrial park of the city. Hai Phong with 100% occupancy rate and 95% are Japanese customers, establishing PC1's reputation in this strategic business field. Annual contribution to the Group's overall results is over 600 billion VND in revenue.
With the Group's encouraging results in October, together with the Government's efforts to disburse public investment and control inflation, PC1 can completely achieve the expected consolidated revenue for the whole year of over VND 9,338 billion, about 95%. over the same period and guaranteed profit as planned at the beginning of the year.
In the coming time, PC1's Board of Directors confidently believes that it will maintain a positive growth rate with breakthrough opportunities in 2023. Currently, PC1's new contract volume has increased sharply with a value of 195% compared to the next year. 2021 will help maintain stable revenue and ensure jobs for employees in the coming year. Power planning VIII, which is expected to be approved in the near future, will bring the prospect of increasing revenue for PC1.
In the main segment of energy, PC1 is continuing to survey wind power projects on land and study and prepare for investment in Bao Lac A and Thuong Ha hydropower plants, which are expected to start construction in 2023 and complete in 2025. , expanding the scale of investment, promising to continue to maintain strong growth in this field in the coming period.
