With a development strategy towards green, smart and sustainable development, on March 14, 2023, PC1 Group held the inauguration ceremony of the operation control center – OCC at the head office; Celebrate the 60th anniversary of establishment. This is an significant milestone affirming PC1 has mastered technology in the field of automation control configuration, for effective administration and management of resources, production and business activities
The operation control center – OCC is designed with optimal configuration and put into official operation in phase 1. As a result, the PC1’s wind power plants are remotely controlled to ensure the following main objectives:
– Effectively promote the role of partial automation and progress to the entire centralized management process; Data analysis; Accurate and effective management decisions.
– Real-time reports, integrated BI reports with operational activities and output of each plant and of all plants. Evaluating and comparing with targets achieved in the same period: Week, Month, Quarter and Year to have solutions to adjust and determine maintenance intervals to ensure stable operation.
– Combined with the development orientation of 3D, 4D, 5D,..7D BIM systems to bring the control center into operation with an intuitive, smart, user-friendly model towards visualization in the operation process.
– CBM system used in property management processes that helps to optimize operation time and system maintenance.
– The control center has an integrated capacity forecasting system for each power plant to serve the operation and maintenance plan; In the coming period, successfully applied long-term power market mechanism, contributing to increasing output and sales each year and during the operation of the plants.
The next PC1 development plan continues promoting investment to gradually become a remote control center for all PC1’s Power Plants; Expanding the option of providing operation services for power plants to domestic and foreign partners; And while expanding centralized management in other PC1’s business field such as: Industrial Parks; Manufacturing factories and Buildings are associated with the PC1’s digital transformation strategy.
