The Metro Line No.02 is a special project in the socio-economic development strategy of Ho Chi Minh City. PC1 Group and contractors will implement the technical infrastructure tasks of this project; With strong capacity in equipment, professional personnel and other resources, PC1 is determined to work closely with the project management board and related units to complete in the 1st quarter of 2025.
On the morning of June 22, 2023, at the Groundbreaking Ceremony, Mr. Bui Xuan Cuong, – Committee member, Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee said that Metro line no.02 Ben Thanh – Tham Luong was implemented with many innovation points, completely applied advanced scientific technologies in construction such as underground drilling technology, building information modeling (BIM), Transit-oriented development model (TOD) in traffic capital concentration, gentrification, maximizing land resource development efficiency.
PC1’s representative believes that with the experiences of successfully implementing high-voltage underground cables in the city and at sea; always a master of advanced technology, such as: robotic submarine cables system, horizontal drilling robot in urban areas, digitalization of BIM project management, … Besides this project, PC1 has successfully implemented many technical infrastructure works for urban railway projects including: Metro line no.01 Ben Thanh – Suoi Tien in Ho Chi Minh City, Cat Linh – Ha Dong and Nhon – Hanoi Railway Station elevated railway in Hanoi.
