With the achievements of 57 years of construction and development, PCC1 is honored to be one of 19 enterprises being awarded the flag of excellent units in the emulation movement in 2019 by the People's Committee of Hanoi at "Honoring Ceremony for Thang Long Entrepreneurs, Enterprises 2020” which was organized by Hanoi Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (Hanoisme).

The year 2020 marks major fluctuations of the Vietnamese economy in particular and the world economy in general. The Covid-19 epidemic caused great difficulties to the Power Construction Joint Stock Company No.1 (PCC1) in particular and other enterprises in general. In the vital context, PCC1 has been actively striving and creatively proposing solutions to adapt to the pandemic, maintaining business operations and jobs for employees, creating a breakthrough to become an enterprise of domestic and Southeast Asia stature.

PCC1 determines that the difficulty is the most perfect measure of strength of the enterprise and the bravery of the business leader. Living with difficulties, overcoming difficulties to affirm its No. 1 position in the electricity construction market and reach the strategy of general contractor of wind power projects is something that Power Construction Joint Stock Company No.1 has done during the past time.
In such difficult circumstances, PCC1 still achieved a high growth rate in 9 months of 2020. In particular, the key projects inside and outside EVN have ensured progress and quality which are highly appreciated by investors. Other business segments also contribute significantly to ensuring business results in the third quarter ... creating positive results, marking a steady development of a company with a lot of experience beyond market fluctuations.
Parallel to its business activities, the company is particularly interested in volunteering and contributing to society. In 2020, the company has organized charity programs in Huong Hoa district, Quang Tri province; launched a fundraising movement to support floods in Central Vietnam. In addition, in the serious landslide incident in Quang Tri, PCC1 has sent 7 excavators directly to join other forces to open way to the scene of the accident work; supported local in fixing disaster incidents. The gifts given away, the gratitude remained; in the misfortune, the national spirit was even clearer when millions of Vietnamese hearts were heading to Central Vietnam with the fellow citizenship.
