The result of the company's revenue in 2020 has increased positively with VND 6,625 billion; Profit after tax is VND 521 billion, increased 38% compared to 2019 and 11% higher than the plan. This is a remarkable achievement for a spectacular breakthrough; create success right from the challenge.
Not only affirming the No. 1 position of EPC general contractor for power grid projects, but the company has successfully made a breakthrough in the implementation of general contractor for renewable energy power plants, especially projects with high technical requirements technology - wind and solar power plants.
With the strategic vision of the Board of General Directors and the consensus of nearly 1,500 employees, the good result was created.

- Complete, announce and deploy the company's strategy for the period 2021- 2025

- Electrical Construction Block: Continue the rational organizational chart structure; Improve leadership capacity, trustworthy management of EPC general contractor projects at international level; provide customers with comprehensive solutions for smart and efficient electrical projects. Invest and catch opportunities with types of projects with trends and high potentials of the industry such as wind power plants at sea, LNG plants, solar power plants on the lake bed; invest and operate transmission grid.
- Industrial Production Block: Renovate organizational chart according to a new management model, effectively invest a new manufacturing factory in Thai Nguyen; successfully develop new products into EVN projects; Continue to closely follow the export market; Stick to strategic goals and well completed the 2021 business targets.
- Energy Investment Block: Highly concentrate to complete and efficiently generate 3 wind power plants in Quang Tri; Start a new hydropower project; Implement cooperation and successfully develop large-scale power projects; have solution to develop resources in order to meet the strategic objectives of energy investment and planned investment deployment for the period 2021-2025 to 2030.
- Real Estate Investment Block: Adjust the plan goals for the period of 2021-2025 in the direction of increasing the scale associated with new cooperation opportunities; Manage and control quality, progress and investment efficiency of 02 projects in the period; Successfully cooperate and develop new projects with medium and large scale; Supplement and improve the quality of human resources, rearrange the management model to meet strategic goals of 2021-2030.
- Promote investment in new manufacturing plants outside the power sector after reliably assessing investment efficiency and having sufficient legal documents.
- Commercial business: Reorganize the trade and import-export business model, develop commercial business to a new scale- professional and effective, and contribute to support the core business areas as well as to supplement the company's overall business performance;
