8:30 am on March 27, 2020, Bao Lac B Hydropower Project in Bao Toan Commune, Bao Lac District, Cao Bang Province which is invested by Power Construction Joint Stock Company No.1 has been organized the ceremony to lower Rotor unit 1 by Project Management Board and Contractor installing equipment -Bao Lam PHC. JSC (a subsidiary of PCC1).
The work of lowering the rotor with the completion of connecting rotor shaft with the turbine shaft, installing the shaft on the generator, the upper cross rack, firefighting system of the generator ... has closely followed the construction progress of the project and it is also a decisive factor for the successful generation by the end of June 2020 of Bao Lac B hydroelectric Unit 1 .
The rotor of unit 1 was successfully released in the joy of employees of the units participating in the project.
Previously, on March 24, Song Nhiem 4 Hydropower Project in Niem Tong Commune, Meo Vac District, Ha Giang Province successfully lowered rotor unit 1.

This is also seen as a development milestone of Bao Lam PHC. JSC when it is able to undertake the entire process of installing equipment for hydropower projects instead of hiring external contractors as before.
Up to the present time, PCC1 has successfully operated 5 hydroelectric plants with revenue and production profits exceeding the design targets. The sixth hydropower plant (Bao Lac B Hydropower Plant) and the 7th hydropower plant (Song Nhiem 4 Hydropower Plant) will be completed and generated in second quarter 2020. The total capacity of 7 plants is nearly 170 MW with a total investment of nearly VND 5,000 billion
