VND 36 billion – the highest bonus for the Emulation movement to complete production and business plan 2019 launched at the meeting between the Executive Board and PCC1 staffs on the afternoon of May 30, 2019.
The “Exchange between Executive Board and PCC1 staffs” took place in a joyful, effervescent and enthusiastic atmosphere with lots of information shared about the strategic objectives of the Company in the period of 2019-2022, launched emulation movement of business and production in 2019 as well as introduced in detail about salary, bonus and welfare policies for employees.
Opening the program, the representative of Executive Board of PCC1, Chairman of the Board of Directors – General Director Trinh Van Tuan introduced the strategic objectives of PCC1 in the period of 2019 – 2022 with the vision “Affirming the No. 1 position of Vietnam, the top 5 in Southeast Asia in the field of EPC general contractor of power grid and energy investment” with core values “Innovation – Speed – Reliability” and mission “Endless creativeness” to create modern and intelligent electricity works connecting national and regional electricity systems; Creating superior value for customers, investors, organization members and social responsibility”. The General Director affirmed that “PCC1’s Executive Board always respects, highly appreciates and acknowledges the positive and enthusiastic contributions of our employees that help create a proud PCC1 of today”.

In order to achieve the great goals, all employees together responded to the Production and business emulation movement of 2019 launched by Deputy General Director Vu Anh Duong with the goal of “Developing resources – Controlling speed and quality of growth” and bonus package amounted to VND 36 billion in case the whole company successfully exceeded the production and business plan in 2019, which was released at the Conference of deploying business plan 2019. Along with the material rewards are great treatments and honors for outstanding individuals and groups for their dedication to the collective which made the hall more exciting with determination spread in each department and staff.

Most of the time of the Exchange program is reserved for the Seminar between the Company’s Executive Board, Trade Union representatives and employees about Company Strategy, innovation, initiatives to improve business efficiency, Policies on salaries, bonuses and welfare policies for employees; working environment and conditions, Company culture, Training and development opportunities; and many other issues that Company employees are interested in. Especially, the seminar has online connection with employees working at the construction site.
