500kV Quang Trach - Doc Soi Transmission Line

The 500kV Quang Trach - Doc Soi transmission line project is a special-grade energy project, belonging to Group A, with the National Power Transmission Corporation under the Vietnam Electricity (EVN) being the investor. This project plays a crucial role in enhancing the transmission capacity of the 500kV power grid, connecting regions of the national power system, particularly contributing to ensuring the supply-demand balance within the southern region until the Southern power system is upgraded.

The 500kV Quang Trach - Doc Soi transmission line project spans 5 provinces and 1 city: Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang City, Quang Nam province, and Quang Ngai province, with a preliminary investment of 6.758 billion VND. With contracts 9.8 and 9.11, PCC1 is responsible for the construction in Thua Thien Hue province and Da Nang City.
