220kV switchyard of the BIM solar power plant in Ninh Thuan Province
Project overview
This is one of the first two projects in Vietnam to use domestically manufactured steel pipe towers. It marks a significant turning point in design capabilities and the supply of new products by DAST, laying the foundation for EVN to use this type of tower for a series of subsequent projects, including the 500kV Circuit 3 Transmission Line. PC1 supplied 560 tons of steel lattice towers and steel pipe towers for the 220kV switchyard of the BIM solar power plant in Ninh Thuan Province.
