Japan - Hai Phong Industrial Zone Project
The Japan - Hai Phong Industrial Zone (NHIZ) located in An Duong District, Hai Phong City, is a high-quality industrial zone owned and operated by the PC1 Group Joint Stock Company. The project covers nearly 400 hectares, with Phase 1 of 153 hectares fully occupied by major Japanese and American enterprises. Phase 2, with 200 hectares, is gradually taking shape with more superior, greener, and smarter operational services.
Project overview
On November 10th, PC1 Group (HOSE: PC1) officially completed the legal procedures for acquiring the entire capital of Nomura Asia Investment (Vietnam) Pte. Ltd (based in Singapore) from Nomura Holding and Jafco Group. As a result, PC1 became a joint venture partner with the People's Committee of Hai Phong City, owning Nomura - Haiphong Industrial Zone Development Corporation. (NHIZ), with PC1 holding a 70% stake and the People's Committee of Hai Phong City holding the remaining 30%.
