The year 2023 marks a significant milestone – 50th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations between Vietnam and Australia. PC1 expressed its appreciation and delight to the strategic partnership between two countries.
Over the years, the world has just gone through a tumultuous time with a series of challenges and difficulties. In that context, the bilateral trade and investment ties between two countries have outstanding development. In 2022, PC1 a leading company in Vietnam in terms of designing and manufacturing of steel power productions for high-voltage and ultra high-voltage transmission grid which successfully exported a shipment of Monopole telecommunication to Australia. This achievement has positively contributed to increasing the two-way trade turnover between Vietnam and Australia reaching a record of 15.7 billion USD, up 26.91% over the previous year.
In the field of Renewable Energy Investment, Australia with its strength in capital, experience and technology has positively supported Vietnam in the green energy transition process. Accordingly, PC1 is the first Vietnamese organization to successfully arrange investment capital without government guarantee from the Export Finance Australia (EFA), Asian Development Bank (ADB), and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) for 3 wind power plants in Quang Tri province. It contributed to the realization of PC1’s strategic goal: Becoming the pioneering renewable energy investor in Vietnam.
